This introductory training in the Theory of Internal Family Systems offers participants the opportunity to integrate and apply this significant therapeutic model with accuracy and flexibility in their sessions. At the same time, it prepares them for the official IFS Level One training.

This introductory training does not provide certification; however, a detailed explanatory guide in Greek is offered, including the methodology's terminology and all necessary instructions for applying the IFS approach.
