Trauma2Therapy and Despina Plousiou, LMFT, M.A., are organizing an introductory online training on the theory of Internal Family Systems (IFS).

This introductory training in the Theory of Internal Family Systems offers participants the opportunity to integrate and apply this significant therapeutic model with accuracy and flexibility in their sessions. At the same time, it prepares them for the official IFS Level One training.

Our Team

Behind our name are Trauma Therapists Sofia Vasilakos and Despina Plousiou, along with lawyer and entrepreneur Konstantinos Plousios.

Introducing Trauma2Τherapy

We are two trauma therapists, Sofia Vasilakos and Despina Ploussiou, and the entrepreneur Konstantinos Plousios, with a vision powered by a desire for meaningful social action, a sense of ethical responsibility, and a love for our fellow humans.

From trauma to healing...

We created Trauma2Therapy, our Greece-based private initiative, as a bridge between the global community of trauma recovery and Greece. We imagine a world in which healing individual and collective complex trauma (C-PTSD) is more accessible to whoever is seeking relief and genuine transformation.

Trauma2Therapy was born from a need for meaningful social action, a strong sense of responsibility, inspiration, and love. It embodies our unwavering belief in the individual’s ability not only to achieve healing from trauma but also to attain mental resilience and post-traumatic growth! We launched our activities by hosting in Athens the world’s foremost expert in the understanding and treatment of complex trauma, the internationally renowned psychiatrist, neuro-researcher, and author, Dr. Bessel van der Kolk. This was also his first official visit to our country, where he shared his research with us. We all gathered there for two days that transformed the way we perceive and address emotional pain.

Behind our name are Trauma Therapists Sofia Vasilakos and Despina Plousiou, along with lawyer and entrepreneur Konstantinos Plousios.
