Despite the valuable material available in the literature, the Pre-Level One training is crucial for a meaningful understanding and reliable application of the model. During this four-day training, held twice a year by Despina Plousiou and Alexia Rothman, participants gain a deeper understanding and the tools to integrate IFS into their professional practice with confidence and proficiency.<\/p>

Moreover, Despina Plousiou, the co-founder of Trauma2Therapy, has completed Level Three IFS training and was trained by Richard Schwartz and Frank Anderson themselves. As the translator of Frank Anderson's Transcending Trauma and the person responsible for the scientific editing of the Greek IFS terminology, Despina plays a central role in introducing and adapting the IFS theory in Greece.
